As one of our retailers, you are on the front lines and are critical to fostering a safe and healthy environment for our community. While we are not therapists, together we can still help play remain fun and safe. Our simple, consistent actions can go a long way to help prevent potential problems and guide customers toward help when they need it.

Reinforce Age Limits
Be adamant about adhering to and communicating age restrictions for all lottery games.

Offer simple reminders to customers about setting limits on time and budget, as well as helping them to understand their true odds.

WellPlayed OHIO™ Certified Retailers are part of a statewide network committed to keeping lottery play fun, informed, and in balance. Certification is required for all retailers and is designed to be quick, practical, and useful – giving retailers clear guidance on their role in responsible play.
